We are pleased to assist you in entering the United States in the near future for a visit to Boston University for the World Congress of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies hosted by Boston University and the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.

You will need to take the following steps in order to apply for a visa and request admission to the United States as a visitor in either B-1 Visitor for Business or ?WB? Visa Waiver for Business if you plan to participate in the World Congress.

Please e-mail pfrasso@bu.edu according to the specifications detailed in your initial acceptance letter to request a personalized invitation letter that may be required for entry to the country.

Please note that this letter must match the name on your passport exactly. Remember to print this invitation letter using a color printer so that the signatures of the organizers appear in blue ink. This is required by the U.S. government.
