Many of these supplements are well known and are recommended by reputable websites. Other supplements, on the other hand, are not. I am reviewing them here because I think they are important, but that doesn't mean that they are "better" or "worse". Some supplements are not "supplements" at all.
I have used a range of supplements. I have also used lots of herbs, herbs in different forms and in various strengths, herbs that were used orally and herbs that were taken by mouth and other forms of supplements. Here is a brief overview. I have tried some of the supplements I reviewed for a few reasons. One is that it helps me to write down my opinions. I have written some and some I haven't. If you are interested in how to improve your health, this may be an informative read. A few people who have made this mistake have reported that these products worked for them, and I will not argue with that. I will admit that there is no magic pill, but there are some supplements that may be effective at some time. The problem is that we don't know what that time is, and what to take.
